From your friends at Squid Force "A sperm whale farted and we caught it on tape on a shoot in the Azores last year. Very funny." See this and more amazing underwater footage on the Adventures of Squid Force Channel
I managed to get out for some fishing this morning. (My first trip of
the year). It was about 45 degrees with a light East wind. I fished
the last of the outgoing tide at a small creek on Shinnecock Bay in
Southampton, NY. I got there at about 3:45AM and was fishing by
4:00AM. I caught my first (and only) bass at about 5 a.m. It was 18 -
20 inches. I later hooked and lost one bluefish. All fish were
caught using a yellow and white Hollow Fleye. I'm back out mid week and will report back.
As some of you know, I had posted a countdown clock 2 months ago. I beat the clock by 1 day and 9 hours!
Is there a better way to celebrate Spring? I hope to be kissing my first fish of the season tomorrow (maybe out going tide tonight???) out on East end of Long Island. I hear there are fish on gthe sand beaches of Montauk too! I'll report back in the morning.
If you have any pictures send them our way.
