The next piece of equipment I'm sending back for repair are my Smith "Passage" sunglasses.
Besides a rod and reel there is probably no more important piece of gear then sunglasses. I have been wearing these Smith glasses for 2 years and the nose piece fell off. I tried gluing it back myself but it never held. I went to the Smith website and easily found their customer service link and printed out a simple return form. I noticed right away that Smith claims to take great pride in their customer service and as a consumer, I always love to hear that. Great customer service definitely keeps me loyal to a specific brand.
So off they go.
I have about 5 or 6 pieces of equipment that need repair and I'm trying to get them all out at once so I can report back on all in one post.

I have not had great luck with them. I'm curious to see what you come up with.
